Beam End Dragon [Start of a new set? YOU decide!]

[align=center]I had this idea of making cards with look like cards for a duel terminal, but instead of making over like 25 cards in day, I decided to 1 card for now, and see the YCM thinks of it. You can vote yes if you like this idea for a set, or no for this idea. The one that wins in a week wins.

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned excpet by removing form play 3 Dragoon-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 300 Life Points equal to the Level of all the face-up monsters on your side of the field to activate the following effect:

This card can attack your opponent's Life Points Directly.

Well, only 1 "o" in dragon. And I just can't understand this sentence at all: you can pay 300 Life Points equal to the Level of all the face-up monsters on your side of the field. Maybe try "you can pay Life Points equal to the Level of all face-up monsters on your side of the field x300. Probably not because that would completely drain your LP. If that's what your trying to get at.

 

Pic is very overused. 7/10.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing form play 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 300 Life Points x the combined Level of all face-up monsters you control to activate the following effect:

This card can attack your opponent directly.

If this is the only card you control, it's EPIC WIN

So it is pretty OPed in that way, you should add you have to control 2 or more monsters to activate it

You should make this a set imo

This card = Level 8 / 8 x 300 = 2400

 

Plus, if you have others monsters on the field, it will be higher than 2400. So, seriously, you really want to pay that cost to have this card attack directly ? Theres a Equip Spell Card, can't remember the name, that decrease the ATK of a monster you control by 1000 and can attack directly. That could be useful with this card, but, 2400 or more Life Points not. This card is also over powered with Skill Drain. Very easy to Summon, and it is a 3200 beast stick monster. Need to think about the balance of this card again. It is under powered at some times, and over powered too. Nice image thought.
