Lol what? I don't like number rates at all... It's just not nice.

But I will tell you this. Your perspective on it is off, a full side view is not good for a fake-mon. You want a 3/4 view or so for it.

Icy hit one point on the head already, about the perspective.

Some other issues you have is the very flat shading. It looks 2D in some areas like the main body. The palette too has some issues. Your dark shade being blue doesn't quite match, and should probably be the same color as your border color. The feet have this shade that is different than the body. I think the one of the feet look better.

The anatomy needs quite some work too. It looks like it's leaning back and bending forward at once. The feat probable would have to be glued to the ground or very heavy to be in that pose. The tail skinnier than wider, than skinnier again. The arms and legs have areas that look like they are made of a pudding, really wobbly and unrefined.

Try to be less abstract with the strip possibly. I don't think how they are looks too good, should be more round.

The eye lacks a pupil of any sort, and almost looks like a horn.

This

also you need more shading, it is very flat as of now

However i do like the attempt

But it seems a bit wrong. Like Jappio said, it leaning back while its feet are forward soons a bit strange, it doesnt look like a good way to maintain balance, so it'd be better to have it stand upright
