Correct OCG:

 

Dark Summoning Circle: (make this a CONTINOUS SPELL)

Once per Turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your Hand or Graveyard. Any monsters Special Summoned this way cannot attack the turn they were Summoned.

 

Dark to Light:

Equip this card to 1 DARK monster you control. The equipped monster gains 600 ATK and its Attribute is treated as LIGHT. During each of your Standby Phases, your opponent gains 1000 Life Points. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent takes 2000 damage.

 

Instant Summon: (This should be a QUICK-PLAY.)

Set 1 Level 6 or lower monster. Destroy the set monster at the End Phase of this Turn.

 

Sword of the Forgotten Warrior:

A DARK monster equipped with this card has its ATK increased by 800 and its DEF decreased by 1600. When the monster equipped with this card is destroyed, remove this card from play to Special Summon the destroyed monster.
