It's her Husbands for not making Dinner for her too.

You haven't just said that! Ohwait' date=' yeah, you're Kitty, makes sense.

[/quote']

Shut-up.

Oh second thought it's a lot of people's faults

She should've called her husband so he could've made her food too.

Her husband could've stopped her from going out in the snowstorm.

She shouldn't have gotten all emotional over her husbands neglectfulness.

Last but not least. The truck driver was obviously driving to fast, if he'd been going slow she wouldn't be dead now.

I don't feel it was the Cafe owners fault as a woman crying in his Cafe could have put people off from there drinks and food.

People? At night? During a snow storm? Maybe...

Btw' date=' let me present the wife!

Albert's fault? Maybe.

The wife's fault? Kinda.

The truck driver's fault? No way. What would you do if you would be driving a huge and heavy car during a snow storm and a car would simply crash into you because of it's low friction tires?

Perhaps, plenty of people pull into Cafe's during a snow storm, but if I were in the Cafe managers position I would have been more understanding and perhaps asked her what the matter was. Not kick her out. ;]

Exactly, the Coffee Manager obviously knew that making the wife to leave would threaten her life.

Thing is, it's no ones fault. I'm sure that if this did happen in real life, all of the persons in this story (except Betty) would blame themselves. However, Betty did overreact. Her man didn't know she would be home early, still he could have told her that he was about to amke dinner for her. This may (based on Betty's personality, which isn't stated) have made Betty happier, or at least less angry. Still it returns to be her fault for driving in a snowstorm with bald tires. It may have been the man's job to do this though.

I will end this post with the same phrase that I used to start it: It's no ones fault. I'm sure that if this did happen in real life, all of the persons in this story (except Betty) would blame themselves.

There is no right answer. All of them contributed. The closer to the death you are (chronologically), the more shallow you are (although this is not necessarily true). For example, the person who chose the ambulance would be quick, shallow, but to the point, whereas people who chose Albert would be calm and though out.

My answer was still the best.

The fault goes all the way back to the first forms of life. If they hadn't developed' date=' they would never exist. So nobody would have died. Do I get a cookie yet?

[/quote']

Death is a pre-existent state. If no one was born, then everybody died. A life that does not even start to develop...is dead.

That and other philosophical crap.

Albert and Betty are a married working couple. In November' date=' Betty comes home late due to an unexpected snowstorm. When she returns, she finds Albert watching TV and eating potato chips and Albert didn't make dinner. Frustrated, she asks why Albert didn't make dinner. Albert responds that he made it for himself, and he thought Betty was going out, and didn't telephone home.

Betty calls Albert selfish, and Albert calls Betty unreasonable. This escalates, and Betty leaves and shuts the door in Albert's face. She drives to a coffee shop and spends the next hour crying. She is evicted by the coffee shop owner and decides to return home.

Betty's car then slides on ice due to her having bald tires, she gets hit by a truck. She dies later, but she would have been saved if the ambulance wasn't delayed by the snowstorm.

Whose fault is it for Betty's death?

[/quote']

I say it's Alberts and the truck drivers fault because... Albert could have stopped her from leaving... the truck driver drove at unsafe speeds though..

Betty would've survived if the ambulance had gotten there, so that rules out the truck driver since there was another factor for her Death. The ambulance would've saved her, but it was delayed by the storm

Reasons: Truck Driver's Fault

- Only being at the wrong place at the wrong time

Reasons: Coffee Shop Owners

- Only preserving his shop

The snowstorm is most to blame since it caused most of the problems that lead to her death and prevented her survival.

Maybe, but a snowstorm IS a snowstorm.

Her brain. God' date=' she was such a damn idiot.

The correct adjective is "too dumb to live"

The truck driver's. The wording that she "was hit by" a truck driver makes it clear that the primary force in the impact was the truck driver hitting her' date=' and the extent of damage done indicates that the truck driver was moving at a speed that the icy conditions of the road would make completely unsafe.
