Hrash0
Well, we can't say that the picture was bad. And now that Obelisk is real TCG we can't argue that Divine-Element cards are unrealistic either. OK now OCG: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 monsters with "Monarch" in their card name from play. When this card is Summoned, send up to 5 cards your opponent controls or in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards. Now then... it's waay OPed. Basically, you didn't mention that they have to be 3 different Monarchs-- or you didn't have that in mind (if so, what were you thinking?!) You might not understand why, so I'll explain. There are five words for this explanation: Dark Grepher and Foolish Burial. Too easy to get out for such a strong effect, and with Grepher it's flat-out pwnage. 5/

-Griffin
Ridonculously overpowered and doesn't even fit Monarch's style, which is restricting Special Summons and Normal Summoning =/
jack kenna
ok thanx i have now made the monster a little weaker by changing the discard amount to 3 and made it a little more monarch with the effect better?
Leturn Master
"Monarchs" are based around the success of their Tribute Summon, and their perform in a specific way to a specific card. This guy doesn't fit the strategy, and the picture ain't that great either. He's just a hard-to-Summon beatstick with field control. I'm assuming that the effect requires the 3 "Monarchs" to be from the field... if it doesn't, then this guy is overpowered. I really don't see a way to make him useful. I'd scrap the card. jack kenna
thanks for the critisim man and its from your graveyard gotta fix that
Leturn Master
then he'd be Summoned easily with some "Foolish Burial" or a little mill... there's a reason they make RFP-from-the-Grave Summoning very difficult.
DARKPLANT RISING
The last effect makes it virtually invinsible except for Jaden's cute drill-mounted behemoth. Still the ATK of 2400 Makes it weak against... opponent monarches. 7/
