Here's an OCG fix to the best of my ability.

Last effect for the special summon isn't TOO hard to pull off, but whatever

i like the card, it has an interesting idea, but with the first effect, there is no part saying that you cant do it more than once per turn, so, you could do i at least twice, and then easily use the special summoning effect, and in a lightsworn deck, it would be a great card.
