To be honest, the effect itself doesn't make sense. The second time it flips itself up but you can't flip it up more than once? And even that doesn't make sense since face-down cards don't have an effect so that effect wouldn't make sense anyway, and that means that half of the effect is useless anyway. The name and picture are alright (what's with the japanese effect but no japanese type or attribute; if you can edit the effect, you can edit the rest) so i'll give you a 4/10.

The type is not suppost to be Japanese...

 

Yes, face-down monsters don't have an effect but the effect can still activate the second time if it has been activated once. Chasincarn, seriously- it's a flip card. Get it?

Okay, first, it said "once per duel" in the first time so that is what confused me. It doesn't look right half English, half Japanese, so make your mind up about what language to use. And if it has a flip effect, it is probably better just to make it a Flip Effect monster (put a FLIP: at the beginning of the card).

I'm aware it's a flip effect. But like it's been stated, once the card is flipped back face-down, wouldn't it's effects be null, and start over again once you flip it face-up?

Argh, anyway. After much mind defragging, I'd say this card is (still hella confusing at first glance) not half bad.

Put FLIP: at beginning of card wouldn't make sence, FLIP: is usually nice and short and I don't think I can write all of that in the FLIP:.
