burnpsy
Activate only if you control a face-up "Power Tool Dragon". Return up to 3 Equip Spell Cards from your field or Graveyard back to the Deck. Inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each returned. ● While in Attack Position: You can send 1 card equipped to this card to the Graveyard to inflict 800 damage to your opponent.● While in Defense Position: Once per turn' date=' you can equip 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card.)[/quote'] Activate only when your opponent directly attacks you while you control no monsters. Negate the attack and Special Summon 1 "Morphtronic" monster from your hand. Cleanen is horrible, Power Break is epic, but the jury is still out on Scramble. RyanAtlus
Scramble and Powah Break are meh. Cleanen is depressing.
The Sacred Ninja
Power Break is epic with Equip Spell Recycling, but somewhat bad how you must have Power Tool on the field.
burnpsy
Power Break is ridiculously easy to use in Equip Morphs. That's why it's very effective at what it does, and why I labeled it as "epic".
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Power Break reloads the deck with equips (for PTD to re-search) AND burns, not super fantastic, but definatly techable. If I ever make Equip Morphs IRL I think I'll tech one. Anymore than that and it'll get cloggy.

The second one ill never be needed. xD

The Sacred Ninja
Scramble is between "Decent" and "Bad," imo. More Decent than bad, though. You aren't always guaranteed a Morph in your hand.

Remoten can help make sure you always have Morphs available. xD
