my new and slightly improved monarch of the elements monsters insted of the effect being used when the monarch is tribute sommond i have played on the idea that these new and stronger monarchs effects are activated during its special summon i think thay may be a little over powered but i guess thay would need to be anyway to keep up with the newly released cards any way soooooo yeh if these cards where real i would finally be able to wipe the dust of my old monarch deck :lol::lol:

 

would love some tips on how to improve my cards
