This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card is Special Summoned, it is automatically placed in the Spell & Trap Card Zone and is treated as a Continuous Spell Card. Once per turn, by paying 500 Life Points and discarding 1 card, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck. Then, shuffle your Deck. [spoiler=Fenris's Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 3 Monster cards from your Graveyard. When this card is face-up on the field, all monsters ATK and DEF are decreased by 300 (Excluding this card). Once per turn, by discarding 2 cards, select 1 of the following effects:* Destroy 1 card on the field. This card loses 500 ATK.* All monsters on the field (Excluding this card) lose 500 ATK. This card cannot attack this Battle Phase.* Inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for every card on the field.
