They'll stop providing us of the regular DT archetype coz they started a new one...>_<

 

So....

 

This is my very chance to give my ideas out of what DT could have been made apart from what they already made and just to have fun coming back at card making...XD

Hyōkekkai

 

Zambos, the Defender of the Ice Boundary

WATER / Warrior - Effect / Level: 4

ATK: 0 / DEF: 2100

Lore: When this card is Summoned it is changed to Defense Position. As long as this card remains face-up other "Ice Boundary" monsters you control can't be targeted by the effect of your opponent's Spell or Trap Cards.

 

Shards Collector of the Ice Boundary

WATER / Spellcaster - Effect / Level: 3

ATK: 1600 / DEF: 100

Lore: When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower "Ice Boundary" monster from your Deck, and add it to your hand.

 

Twin Lancer of the Ice Boundary

WATER / Sea Serpent - Tuner / Level: 2

ATK: 500 / DEF: 800

Lore: When an"Ice Boundary" monster. you control inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, activate by send this card from your hand to the Graveyard and selecting one of the following.

• Return 1 card your opponent controls to its owner's hand.

• Your opponent randomly discards a card from his/her hand.

 

Soltarrn Brave General of the Ice Boundary

WATER / Warrior - Effect / Level: 8

ATK: 2000 / DEF: 1100

Lore: This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 "Ice Boundary" monster in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, during any player's turn, negate the effect of an opponent's cards that make him/her draw cards outside of the Draw Phase and send the drawn cards to the Graveyard. Aditionally, once per turn, when 1 or more cards are sent from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard by a card's effect, increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase.

 

Exclamation for the Freezing Lord

Normal Spell Card

Lore: Active only when you control 3 or more "Ice Boundary" monsters. Send 1 "Ice Boundary" monster you control to the Graveyard. Look at your opponent's hand, select 1 card in it, and discard that card.

EARTH / Wiged Beast - Synchro - Effect / Level: 9

ATK: 2300 / DEF: 2100

Lore: 1 EARTH Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner EARTH monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned Succesfully, destroy it and send it to the Graveyard. As long as this card is in your Graveyard, when an opponent Special Summon a monster you can negate that monster's Special Summon and destroy it., then you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. When the effect of a card would remove this card in you Graveyard from play, you can remove a "Natural" monster from your hand instead.

 

Natural Armadillo

EARTH / Beast - Effect / Level: 3

ATK:300 / DEF: 2200

Lore: By discarding this card from your hand when your opponent activates an effect that destroy a card(s) on the field, negate that effect.

 

Natural Blossom

EARTH / Plant - Tuner/ Level: 2

ATK:0 / DEF: 0

Lore: If the activation of an opposing card is negated, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If you do, remove this card from play when it is removed from the field.

ATK: 700 / DEF: 200

Lore: If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a FIRE Synchro Monster, you can remove up to 2 monsters in your opponent's Graveyard from play, then inflict Damage to your opponent equal to 100 x the combined level of those monsters.

 

Neo-Flamvell Spark Bender

FIRE / Pyro - Effect / Level: 3

ATK: 1600 / DEF: 200

Lore: Each time 1 or more "Flamvell" monsters are sent to the Graveyard, you can select monsters in your opponent's Graveyard whose total level is equal to the level of the sent monsters and remove them from play.

Ally Genex Crystal Core

DARK / Machine - Tuner / Level: 4

ATK: 1300 / DEF: 500

Lore: Once per turn you can select 1 monster you control and treat that monster's attribute as the attribute of your choice, until the End Phase. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material monster, except by this Synchro Summon of a "Genex" Synchro Monster.

 

Ally Genex Dual Mind

DARK / Machine - Gemini / Level: 4

ATK: 1900 / DEF: 1000

Lore: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

● This card Attibute is treated as WATER, WIND, EARTH, FIRE, and LIGHT.

Striking Thunder of the Mist Valley

WIND/ Thunder - Synchro - Effect / Level: 8

ATK: 2500 / DEF: 1200

Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 or more WIND non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can return any number of cards you control to its owner hand. Destroy a number of cards your opponent controls equal to the number of cards returned to your hand this way.

 

Parachute Soldier of the Mist Valley

WIND/ Thunder - Effect / Level: 1

ATK: 300 / DEF: 100

Lore: When this card is returned from the field to its owner's hand by a card's effect, remove this card in your hand from play to draw 2 cards. This effect can only be activated once per turn.

FIRE/ Dinosaur - Effect / Level: 4

ATK: 1900 / DEF: 1200

Lore: When this card destroys a monster by battle, Increase the ATK of all other "Jurak" monsters you control by 500, except "Jurak Carnyphagus" until the End Phase.

 

Jurak Lizraranda

FIRE/ Dinosaur - Effect / Level: 3

ATK: 1500 / DEF: 700

Lore: When this card attacks and is destroyed by battle, you can have your opponent takes all Battle Damage to this card's controller that he/she would have taken from a battle involving this card. Additionally you can Special Summmon 1 "Jurak" monster from your Graveyard with an ATK equal or less than the damage inflicted this way.

 

Jurak's Hunting Roar

Normal Spell Card

Lore: Active only when you control 2 or more "Jurak" monsters. Change all monsters you opponent controls to face-up Attack Position. Additionally, during the Battle Phase of a turn this card was activated, if a "Jurak" monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate the effect of Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.

ATK: 1000 / DEF: 700

Lore: FLIP: Select a "Worm" monster in your Graveyard. Until the End Phase increase the level of this card by the level of the selected monster.

Lore: Active only by selecting a face-up Reptile-Type "Worm" monster and a monster your opponent controls. Flip both selected monsters to face-down Defense Position.

Dragunity - Battossu

WIND / Dragon - Tuner / Level: 1

ATK: 200 / DEF: 300

Lore: When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can select a Winged Beast-Type "Dragunity" monster you control and treat this card as an Equip Spell Card equiping the selected monster. While being treated as an Equip Spell Card and the equipped monster battles a monster your opponent controls, you can send this card to the Graveyard to have the equipped monster gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of the monster it is battling until the end of the Damage Step.

 

Dragunity - Relevelius

WIND / Winged Beast - Effect / Level: 4

ATK: 1400 / DEF: 300

Lore: If this card is equipped with a Dragon-Type Tuner "Dragunity" monster, you can send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon a "Dragunity Knight" Synchro monster from your Extra Deck, whose level is equal to the total level of this card's and the equipped monster level. This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.

 

Dragunity Knight - Reffesian

WIND / Dragon - Synchro - Effect / Level: 9

ATK: 2200 / DEF: 1300

Lore: 1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Winged Beast-Type monsters.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned you can send all the Spells and Traps you control to the Graveyard, then you can select any number of Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monsters in your Graveyard, treat them as Equip Cards and equip them to this card. As long as this card is equipped this card gains the following effect.

• You can send any number of cards equipped to this monster to destroy the same number of cards your opponent control. Additionally if the sent equip is a Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monster inflict Damage to your opponent equal to those monsters attack.

Actually, DT support for those archtypes is now apparently just in regular packs. However, since DT are effectively just a group of my favourite non-Elec Archtypes, I approve of this thread.

 

Shards Collector of the Ice Boundary is awesome and just what they needed.

 

Armadillo is both awesome and worryingly splashable, but still awesome.

 

Crystal Core is a nice bit of epin' for that archtype, although it feels like it should have been a Field Spell or something.

 

Striking Thunder of the Mist Valley is nice, although I'd like to see some another MV monster/spell whose effect activates when returned to the hand.

 

Carnyphagus doesn't say how much the ATK increase is.

 

Those are just my favourites (except Carny), but all the cards here are awesome. DT forever~~
