Necroface

first, qalat:

necromill otk was fixed when necro was semi'd. the math no longer ensures an instant kill. originally it was 15 removed + 6 starting hand + around 15-20 monsters from tempest. now it can only do 10 removed, so it would require a deck of something like 25 monsters to be decked out instantly. this is incredibly unlikely, and remember the suicidal nature of this otk, as it hits you too for the same amount removed. nobody uses it because it isnt consistent, relies an obscure two card combo (where both the cards are useless on their own), and is no longer effective.

next, ihop:

no one uses necroface for attacking. if you do, you're using him wrong. a card who can situationally achieve a meager 3k attack by replenishing your opponents deck and fattening your own is definitely not worth banning. no one would give a sheet. lest we forget sheet like jd exists.

funking kaibaman into blue eyes is a better combo.

your next point is equally wrong.

you probably meant to say "3000 attack OR mill out your opponent" because you can't do both. the attack effect undoes the mill.

next, mill in its basic definition is a good thing for most decks, so i'm sure you meant necroface's special removal mill. this does funk up a lot of decks, granted. but its only 5 cards. needle worm does 5 cards, is that bannable? now that's a bad argument because obviously needleworm pitches to the grave, but necroface's balance is that it hits you too, just as powerfully and unbiasedly. you would need a dedicated deck to run it, and even then you're only getting off 10 cards with the both of them.

granted they are reusable through various means, but necroface certainly isnt bannable.

i dont even know why its limitworthy, unless theres some new card coming out or some exploit i'm unaware of.

I'm pretty sure it's considered limitworthy because it can hit another copy of itself to RFG 10, which is apparently devastating in Japan.

How would people feel if the TCG list was highly different to the OCG, since some positions are not valid for our own card base/play styles?

They only stopped the retarded OTK deck that was super inconsistent.

With 2x Necro, a Shutentoji control deck can FTK about 40-50% of the time. And the problem is that if it doesn't FTK it will still be able to win with a lot of control/advantage/otks.
