DARK version of Honest? Is that what you tried? Okay card, but the last part make it a litte under powered, since it is a Synchro monster, it should be like Stardust Dragon effect. Example: Special Summon this card during the End Phase after you activate this effect.

 

Looks more balanced to me and not over powered.

not exactly ... I got a little help from honest, yeah, but it wasn't my intention to make an honest "counterpart".

I actually really like this. It's good attribute-support that can gain advantage through battle reasonably and doesn't lose advantage since it returns via its own effect. I'd make it "remove from play" instead of returning it to the Extra Deck, just because things don't tend to activate in the Extra Deck like that.

The repeating 1900 can be a bit powerful, but since it's a -1 by default to Summon, I think I can call this balanced.

i like it and i think it is very cool and useful and a prettty good idea, pretty balanced and not really over powered except the fact you can special summon it agian.
