I believe this belongs in "any other", because the real game has no Dark Synchros/Dark Tuners. Those were just an anime gimmick.

I think it probably would go in "Realistic Cards" because even though Dark Synchros/Dark Tuners were only in the Anime, it would still be a realistic type because of being in the Anime.

Eh, the anime isn't considered "Realistic", the TCG&OCG are iirc. Since that's what people actually duel with.
