Once per turn, while this card is in the Graveyard, when your opponent activates a card with the effect that would destroy 1 or more "Cloudian" monster(s) on the field discard 1 card to negate the activation of that card and destroy it. You can only activate the effect of 1 "Cloudian - Obscuring Mist" per turn.|

 

Is that enough? I think that could be enough.

I think its good, I just really didn't think they needed anymore support. To me, they kinda have lots of support as is. But I guess, 8/10.

Actually, Cloudians are one of the games smallest archtypes. They have a total of 19 themed cards, BW have 26, and are still receiving new support often. Elemental Heros have 91, and that's not including many of the cards related to them. Koa'kis had 35 a pack or two ago. The list of themes that out-support this goes on, those were just the examples I'd counted earlier.

Obscuring Mist is awesome. But i would've added "this card cannot be destroyed by"..... and so on part that almost every cloudian has. But this would probably make it OP....

 

smoke puff: i think i wouldn't use it with Turbulence, you will end up with -1 fog counter and a 200 ATK monster that will be easily destroyed. Still a good card, not only for cloudians.

Sorry, i answered hp doom, but yea, ok, I understand. Like I said to hp doom, tho, I just really don't like cloudians all that much, which is Ironic because I am building an cloudian deck. Oh, here is a better rating, 9/10. Your welcome.
