"Dark Magician" + 1 Dragon-Type monster

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) When this card is Special Summoned, Tribute any number of monsters you control. The original ATK and DEF of this card becomes equal to the number of Tributed monsters x1600. If your opponent control more monsters than you do, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy monsters your opponent controls until you and your opponent control the same amount of monsters.

This is a trap to make you say OP'ed/broken when it's got next to no playability. Ergo not broken.

Since you can get rid of all your monsters for its effect, and get like, 4800 ATK (which is far too much), the last effect will only leave them with 1 monster, which you can just attack and destroy, clearly very OP'd since it wipes their whole field and leaves you with a beatstick.

Actually, the ATK gain could go as high as 6400 if you drop a CotH right after you toss DM and the dragon. As for the field wipe, they will still always have at least one monster left, and this card doesn't do pierce (thank god...). Also, there are plenty of responses for this guy. So, in my opinion, it's a pretty decent and playable card.

well it's not likely you can boost this card's atk all the way up to 6400 anyway

 

the problem though is it'll wipe your opponent's field too quickly, while you get to attack them for major battle damage

considering the fact you never said anything specific of a dragon-type monster, all you have to do is insert some vanilla dragon cards in a Spellcaster deck, like Blackland Fire Dragon, and it can work

Not only that, but you can pay 1000 LP to destroy all your opponent's monsters and leave the one with the lowest ATK for some damn good damage.

 

Maybe it needs a bit more drawbacks? I dunno.
