Seems like that needs to be rephrased, every time I read it, I think that the Dragon-Type monster has to be Level 6 or higher.

 

Maybe, "When your opponent declares an attack with a Level 6 or higher monster on a face-up Dragon-Type monster you control," or something like that. Idk maybe your's is right, but I got confused the first few times I read it.

 

Anyways, I'm not too appealed by the pic. But, good dragon support. 7/10
