Look at the top of this Pop Culture Section, you should see the "Joke Card Section" Thread. This thread mentions that there is a JOKE CARD THREAD, not Section. So if anyone mentions a JC Section, don't bother with it and look for the TOPIC. Speaking about JC Topic, post this card in that Topic.
