Hmmm, maybe you should make it the equip spells on YOUR side of the field. Otherwise, it can get OPed if you destroy your opponent's equip spells

 

First time I've seen ignoring equipment conditions on a card before, I consider it quite unique

 

Almost seems to have TOO many effects on the card, but it's still relatively balanced out

No one really actually uses Equips now. The meta is too fast for equips.

Where is this intended to be used? Gemini Warriors or Morphs? I guess it can work for paying 2400 and equipping 3 Supervis in GWs, and as a second Trade-In target there? It's interesting, it just seems a bit too extreme to have 3 Equip Spells out, even the above mentioned Decks will rarely, if ever, have that.

Yup, that makes it more balanced and only to be used in a selected number of Decks.

Like I said, only Gemini Warriors and Morphs use more than 1 Equip, and those still never have 3. It makes the "selected number" 0, unless you're including mydec.dek, which you shouldn't =/

Coul be better, the picture is b a d. And the card is Overpowered a little. Change it to level 7 and take out a portion of the effect.
