OP'ed. think about RDA: destroy all defense position monsters and then attack directly. otherwise pretty good.

I don't think it's so overpowered. If you change the text to this:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 FIRE monsters in your Graveyard. Discard 1 card from your hand during Main Phase 1. This monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase of this turn."

It would make your card kind of a stronger "Gray Wing" and more fair to use.

Once per turn select 1 monster you control, by discarding 1 card from your hand, the selected monstr can attck twice, not bad bland thougy nothig really outstanding about it
