Sora
- Dragon of Crimes, the Restrained One - This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 Set Trap Cards on your field to the Graveyard. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. While this card is face-up on the field, you can treat it as a Trap Card and Special Summon it to an unoccupied Spell & Trap Card Zone on your field ignoring all Summoning Conditions. As long as this card remains face-up in an unoccupied Spell & Trap Card Zone on your field, your opponent cannot Gemini Summon or Synchro Summon. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you cannot draw cards from your Deck. - Credit -Image - Jazin Kay.
<}Alpha Frogodile{>
how much ATK if you summon it normally? overall 9/10 AMAZING pic I wish I had that stuff
Sora
The thing is, the card CAN'T be Summoned normally. Normal Summon = Tribute Summon too, and Set, you know what that means. Thanks, and yeah, Jazin's Images are sweet.
ragnarok1945
this is easy to summon since face downs are so abusable though I don't understand why you have the atk/def both at ? You never give it any stat determining abilities, so they should both be 0 9/

Zeaux
I thinks it is a little over powered, I am not certain yet. Its Summoning condition is nothing compared to its effect and doesn't even balance it. If you Summon this card, your opponent cannot Summon in ANY ways, and this is probably over powered. Sora
I never mentioned Special Summoned. So your opponent CAN technically Summon in a way. I'll fix it up soon though. Also, I never said he/she couldn't Set, just not Flip Summon.
Zeaux
Still over powered. He can Set, but cannot Flip Summon ? lolno And you Normal Summon more often than Special Summon sometimes, making the "Your opponent cannot Normal Summoned" part over powered again. Sora
Alright, but just because you Set and don't Flip Summon means nothing, unless the monster has a Flip Effect. I'll fix it up. Also, there are cards like Heavy Storm, MST, and there are ALSO monsters that are unaffected by Trap Cards. But still it would be kinda op'd. Thanks for the input guys.
