How do i connect to someone else and duel them on YVD? | First best answer gets 25Pts

I've seen forums saying other problem with YVD but i just can seem to have mine connect properly at all.Me and my friend have tried connecting to each over numerous times and tries and all we get is our decks faceing themselves.Can anyone plz tell me how to connect the right way so i can duel its killing me not being able to online,Ty.

YVD isn't that good IMO. Try using http://www.yugiohnetwork.com. Its pretty fast and easy and you dont have to download anything.

Yugiohnetwork is slow at updating cards and lags like hell.

To connect on YVD, just click "Duel" on the program, then "Connect", then select "Server duel... host"

It will ask you for a username and password, you can make one up if it isn't used already. Then your opponent does the same, but selects "Server duel... client" instead. Both type each other's name into the little box, then click "Connect" again.
