Am i the only 1 who agrees some ban cards should not be ban at all?

i have noticed many cards that have been restricted from use and i never could get why in some cases. i mean butterfly dagger elma and a few of them i can see since thier are some very cheap things you can do but like Black Luster Soldier Envoy of the Beggining i could never see for i have kicked it back to the graveyard dozens of times sometimes with only 1 or 2 cards being destroyed. and sometimes it never causes any damage at all unless they can counter but i know plenty of other good cards that in that same situation can do just as much damage as Black Luster. i am just wondering if i am the only 1 here who thinks that many cards on the ban list should be set to limit 1 instead of ban? i mean even if they are good cards they still suffer from just about all the counters that cards of the same type have.
