Effect: When this card battles with your opponent's monster, place 1 Static Counter on that monster at the end of the Damage Step. (max. 1) (A monster with a Static Counter is changed to Defense Position and cannot change its battle position until the End Phase of its controller's next turn, while this card remains face-up on the field.) When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, destroy all face-up Machine-Type monsters on the field.

The only thing wrong with this is the brackets in the effect, maybe. Other than that, excellent card, I look forward to more!

great card, only 1 minor error and rephrasing really, fixed it below if u want it
