Lord Smeagle
[Nah, I'm not sticking around, but I had to use this picture...] Yet given many strange aeons, even death may die... This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 Continuous Spell Card, 1 Contiunous Trap Card, and one Dragon-Type monster from your side of the field to the Graveyard. When this card is summoned, place a Pale Counter on it. While this card has a Pale Counter on it, it cannot be destroyed by battle, and its ATK and DEF are equal to half the ATK and DEF of the monster used for its Special Summon. While this card has a Pale Counter on it, skip your End Phase. While this card does not have a Pale Counter on it, its attack is equal to twice the ATK and DEF of the monster used for its Special Summon. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, remove a Pale Counter from it instead. During the End Phase, destroy this card. ragnarok1945
nice to see you returned, Lord Smeagle. I did miss rating your cards now, as for this new one, it's not too hard to get onto the field. You need to state the max number of counters this card can hold it's a shame it only lasts on the field for 1 turn too, I'd make it last longer 9/
Brimtosis
that pic has been used a lot. I can name three cards with it. But I've got a bad memory, so I don't remember their names. Anyway, down to the card: 1.) Nice summoning conditions. There are many continuios cards to support dragon type cards out there.2.) Good use of the counter, so far as I've read.3.) Skipping the end phase. New idea.4.) OMG that is powerful for no counter.5.) To make it the beat-stick, it must die at the end. But, if Mirror Force is used, you can cause more damage to the opponent than before. Overall, a great card with an overused pic. I like your stile. 9.5/
DARKPLANT RISING
Actually, it'll last long until you get the counter off, ragnarok. First miss you've made I've seen... Anyways, it's fairly UP'ed before you put the pale counter off. However you can always use something to destroy it and make a Dragon Limiter Removal. So 9/10. Lord Smeagle
He's only ever going to get 1 Pale Counter, because he's a standalone card. There won't be other cards with Pale Counters or that give Pale Counters. The whole idea behind him is that he's a dragon lich and he's delaying his inevitable death through some kind of dark magic. And he does that for other monsters, too. By skipping the End Phase, you can enable all sorts of neat combos with Spirit monsters that bounce during the End Phase and other cards that die, lose counters, or hurt their controller during the End Phase. Since he's old and decaying, he only has about half the strength that he did while alive (even if you dropped Five God Dragon, he's still only 2500.) But if you break the enchantment that's keeping him around, he goes berserk for a turn and his stats double, and then he dies. Or unlives, w/e.
