"Dragon of the Earth"-If the monster has an Effect, it should be an Effect Monster. -Extremely Overpowered. Level 4s normally have points between 1400-1900. The only way to still give this card its points is to make it a Level 10 and give it a major drawback to make it balanced. Another way is to make it a Level 8 and take both of its Points down by 2000.-OCG (Official Card Grammar) errors. It should be something like:"When this card is Summoned Successfully, Special Summon all Dragon-Type monsters from your hand."-The effect is also pretty powerful. Not only do you Summon a monster with ridiculous points, but you can get to Summon more. Keep trying.
