Witch Doctor(very original), spell token? maybe you mean spell counter ( or another type of counter), token is a gray card or something

You can only activate this card when 1 of your monsters is removed from the field, special summon 1 ''Skeleton Token'' (Zombie/DARK/level 4/ATK 1800/DEF 1000)

 

8000 by DEF is very Overpowerd,for a max ATK of 6000 is too much, maybe lowering the DEF to 0 or 1000

the level part is SUPPOSED TO BE EQUAL TO THE DEAD MONSTER

this is because its hard to summon, but ill try to nerf it a bit
