Five head dragon's really just there for the off-chance of being able to drop 5 dragons if you get Future Fusion early. BEUD wouldn't be the worst selection ever (you're not really using your Extra's deck for much else' date=' so how could it hurt?).

Maybe I'll add Fusionist too...

(lol the worst selection ever)

By the way, can any of you draft me a deck which focuses on taking control of the opponent's monsters?

(for a friend) I mean, obviously Brain Control and Relinquished, is there anything else good?

I prefer Rare Fish.

And uhm... well, there's Aliens. Maybe some variant of Monarchs too... Relinquispam would probably be the best choice, plus it's amazingly fun to play.

It requires you to USE Fusionist, priceless!

It'd be funny if it had a crazy good effect, but it's just sad...

In any case I haven't had a chance to use REDMD yet, but just now Chaos Sorcerer came through on a Blackwing deck!

so I'm confident REDMD will too (not to mention, no matter WHERE they are they boost Paladin)
- - x40

-Monsters- 19

Grinder Golem x3

Mystic Tomato x3

Relinquished x2

Destiny Hero - Plasma x2

Armageddon Knight x2

Grave Squirmer x2

Dandylion x2

Djinn Releaser of Rituals x2

Sangan x1

-Spells- 19

Hand Destruction x3

Black Illusion Ritual x3

Creature Swap x3

Preparation of Rites x3

Trade-In x2

Foolish Burial x1

Brain Control x1

Heavy Storm x1

Allure of Darkness x1

Scapegoat x1

-Traps- 2

Call of the Haunted x1

Solemn Judgment x1

I generally don't run control, so don't be surprised if it's not perfect.
Win Condition: Summon Relinquish w/ Djnn Releaser or Plasma, eat a big monster. Use various methods of monster control to stop them from putting up a fight.

Playbook: Use Creature Swap to trade any of your tokens, Grave Squirmer, Mystic Tomato or Sangan for anything of your opponent's, or Brain Control for the same reason. Tribute for Plasma to eat something and negate their effects at the same time, which will be hell for any opponent.

If Grave Squirmer, Tomato or Sangan dies while on the opponent's side of the field, you still get their effect (because they were sent to your Graveyard).

Other Good Cards you might consider:

(Mainly cards that I wanted to put in, but didn't find room for)

Book of Moon: "Resets" Relinquished and Plasma. Good over-all card.

Dark Bribe: Helps control Spell/Traps, which is lacking in the deck.

Caius the Shadow Monarch: Works well in this deck. Aids control.

Dark Armed Dragon: Obvious reason.

Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands: Helps summon Relinquished.

Limit Reverse: Allows you to bring back Relinquished after it dies (so long as you Ritual Summoned it properly at least once), lets you abuse Dandylion, Sangan or Grave Squirmer.

I honestly wouldn't try.

The combo I used, (Fusion Gate + Chain Material = 3 Dragoons. After destroyed by Chain Material's effect, use resurrection affect to come back) is nigh-impossible to pull off since Konami castrated D-Hero's draw power (By limiting Allure and Destiny Draw).

So, which way are you running Dragoon anyway?

Well' date=' I gave it a shot, and so far I've been successful anyway, but WHAT is the big deal with Diamond Dude?

He's not that spectacular

[/quote']

That's because you used to be able to run 3 Trade-in, 3 D-draw and 2 Allure, all of which are Diamond Dude targets.

Note also that Diamond Dude's effect only activates the EFFECT of the cards he hits, not the COSTS. Therefor, if you mill say D-Draw with Diamond Dude, you don't need to discard anything, you can just draw twice.

That said, I oughta smack you for not including 3 Trade-In. Chain material targets the Grave too, so you have no excuse for it.

You also need two Destiny Hero - Malicious. He's very useful.

Ok, but since I'm adding cards, what do I take out?

I guess poly could go with the Chain Mateials there...

that's where I'll start

if youre gonna create a new deck' date=' create a new thread. dont post it in the same thread. then the page count will get racked up

Didn't see that the first time, I guess it makes sense

END THREAD
