cmc1234
Idk if its op'd or not, you be the judge EFFECT:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monstersWhen this card is Summoned, return all Set Spell and Trap Cards to their owners hands. This card gains 300 ATK and loses 300 DEF for each Aqua-Type monster in your Graveyard. If this card's DEF become 0 by this effect, destroy this card. Once per turn, you can pay 400 Life Points and remove from play 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard to negate the activation and effect of a Spell or Trap Card and remove it from play
Archelaus
OCG FIX: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monstersWhen this card is Summoned, return all Set Spell and Trap Cards to their owners hands. KurashiDragon
Actually depending on the situation this card can be oped or not used at all. If it's late game and their are more than 10 Aqua types in your grave, you can't use it. Early game this card can be considered oped. 8/
Where are my COOKIES
I don't think it's Oped because of its 0 DEF effect. But that's still giving it + 2700 ATK at max making 6300. But Five Headed Dragon with about 3 Equip cards is more than that. Either Way, the effect is not OPed but is balanced because of the NEG effects. So I give you a.......... 9.8-
cmc1234
Thx, and i dont think some one is going to have 5 headed dragon and some equip spell cards on it that early in a match XD Thx for the rates

You probably right that that wouldn't happen that early in the game. But you can get it out on the first turn with 5 dragons and Fusion sage or Polymerization. Guest Ixigo
As was said, it is not overpowered. It being a 9-star monster and with specific summoning requirements to boot greatly reduces its versatility even with DSD considered. Its negating effect is certainly useful but as I said, it's not ridiculously powerful, and other elements balance it out. In fact I'd say it's quite weak if not for the fact that it could become quite a powerful beatstick rather easily. The picture is excellent, and the idea is very good as well. I like this card. That is too situational and most people summon FGD using Dragon's Mirror. :D
ragnarok1945
Άř¢ħėłäűŝ already pointed out the OCG errors instead of Set though (1st sentence), I think face down would suit it better anyways, 400 LP pay seems a bit low. Make it 800 instead 9/
