Every turn, Decrease the ATK of this monster by 700. When this monster destroys an opponents monster, put 1 Hurricane Counter on this card. (max 6) When this cards ATK reaches 0, send this card to the Graveyard and inflict 700 points of damage to your Opponent's Life Points for every Hurricane Counter on this card. If this card is Destroyed by battle, inflict 1000 points of damage to your Life Points.

I find this burn effect a little too much. It wouldn't be too hard to get it up to the 5 or 6 counter mark, so I'd say just lower the burn effect from 700 per counter to 400 per counter
