I think 2400 is too high for a vanilla lvl 3. 2100 (maaaybe 2200) seems to be the max defense for a lvl 4 or lower unless they also have a drawback (like DHero Defender). Love the pic though ^_^

Make it 2200, a 2400 DEF Tuner is too OP'ed even if it is LV 3. If it is 2200 many more LV 6 monsters can pass through. But great... 9/10

Because that would make it garbage.

 

Destiny Hero - Defender has 2700 DEF and is Level 4. This isn't anywhere near broken, as Defender himself is nowhere on anyone's "oh sheet" radar. His stats are acceptable for his level, if not a bit off the beaten path.

That's because of its drawback Effect making it balanced with its high DEF. If you are going to give the card a higher-than-usual DEF, then it should have a catch to even it out.

So? If this card existed in the actual game, it would be MILES from every being overpowered, banned, or smote. At least, by GOOD players.

 

Is everyone on YCM afraid of even remotely good cards? You have to dumb your cards down to trash to make your e-buddies stop slamming them? Pathetic. I don't know about any of you, but I prefer to make cards that are GOOD, and that I wouldn't mind playing myself, sometimes. I certainly know where the OP limit is. I happen to excel at the game IRL. It is a very silly thing to suspect that I am the only user here who does, gauged by my perceptions of the other cards made by users here, but I must admit, I am entertained by the idea.

 

This card is not OPed. Words from a pro. If you disagree, it's quite clear you have less experience as a player, and therefore have less merit behind your words.

Now you're just saying that you're basically better than everyone else.

 

But he's right. The card is fine. Defender's draw effect isn't that much of a drawback. ...If the opponent was getting Dead Draws and running an Infernity deck.

The DEF looks as way fine for the description/picture. I love Vanillas, or Normal Monsters. There is effect to rate, so I guess it's an 8/10.
