If he tells you he is going to kill you, he will probably be close enough to do it immediately... Hell, he might be in the process of doing it and you don't even know it... He is that good... I am 12 feet away and my gun is already pointed at him, he is disarmed and already badly wounded from a previous scuffle. My finger is already on the trigger. As you can see, I have tipped the scales so that he has zero chance of survival. Sure it isn't fair but this is just the outcome of one of many circumstances that could happen.
