Draw Preventor Master need specific summoning requirements

 

a lot lack backgrounds, though I don't care about that

 

there's capitalization errors in the text, and most of the effects are too short anyway

I am changing Draw Preventor Master so that it can only be summoned by tributing 2 draw preventor cards

Not mean to be offensive, just keeping raters at bay

The effects aren't bad, even though OCG is a problem, Capitaliztion errors too,
