Lore:

'Plaguespreader Zombie" + 1 or more non-Tuner Zombie-Type monsters

Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent selects 2 card of that type from his/her Deck and sends it to the Graveyard. Also, when this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect, you can remove from play 2 non-Tuner Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card to the field during your End Phase. The monsters removed from play by this effect are returned to your Deck on the second End Phase.

Thanks. Since it is a Synchro, I actually took the first effect of of Vampire Lord and upgraded it, making the opponent sends 2 cards instead of 1 from the Deck to the Graveyard.
