Well I decided to create a new yugioh archtype based around on a Field spell, so this is what I came with: [spoiler=[size=medium]Key Card :[/size]]"Voltage "Storm" Field Spell CardYour opponent cannot remove from play cards from your Graveyard as long as this card remains face-up on the field. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the effect and set this card face-down on the field. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, both players draw 1 card. Well, thats the main idea of the field spell, i could add an ATK gain effect or monster protection effect, but i think it should be right like that.Now i will the Voltage cards:[spoiler=[size=medium]Effect Monsters:[/size]]"Voltage Mirage" WIND/Lv2/ATK 0/DEF 1900/Thunder/Tuner/Effect.This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card is unnafected by your opponent cards effects. Once per turn, if "Voltage Storm" is on the field, you can threat this card level as 1. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Mirage" per turn. "Voltage Phoenix" WIND/Lv4/ATK 1700/DEF 1700/Thunder/Effect.Face-up "Voltage" monsters you control gain 200 ATK. If "Voltage Storm" is on the field when this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard by an opponent´s card effect, Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Phoenix per turn. "Voltage Guardian" WIND/Lv3/ATK 400/DEF 1100/Thunder/Tuner/Effect.Flip: Face-up "Voltage" cards are unnaffected by your oppnent´s cards effects until the End Phase of your opponent next Battle Phase.If you used this card or a Synchro Summon when "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-down Defense Position during your next 2nd Standby Phase ater this card Flip Summon. you can only Summon 1 "Voltage Guardian" per turn. "Thunder Hunter" WIND/Lv4/ATK 1400/DEF 600/Spellcaster/Effect.You can remove from play 1 "Voltage" Spell or Trap card from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, when "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can add a Level 4 or lower Thunder-Type monster from your Deck. As long that card is in your hand, reveal it to your opponent. You can only Summon 1 "Thunder Hunter" per turn. "Voltage Wind Fan" WIND/Lv2/ATK 0/DEF 0/Thunder/Effect.You can Special Summon this Card from your hand if no Field Spell card is on the field. If you do, This card is treated as "Voltage Storm" as long there is a Field Spell Card on your Graveyard. If a Field Spell card is activated when this card is face-up on the field, send this card to the Graveyard. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Wind Fan" per turn. "Voltage Phantasm" WIND/Lv3/ATK 700/DEF 1600/Thunder/Tuner/EffectIf you control a Face Up "Voltage" Monster with a lever equal o higher than this card you can Special Summon this card from your Hand in face-up Defense Position. If "Voltage Storm" is on the Field you can send one monster you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Phantasm" per turn. "Voltage Winged Lady" WIND/Lv5/ATK 2100/DEF1300/Thunder/Effect.You can send a face-up Field Spell Card on the field to Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If "Voltage Storm" is on the Field you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Winged Lady" per turn. "Voltage Savage Bird" WIND/Lv6/ATK 2300/DEF 300/Thunder/EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing a face-up WIND monster you control if "Voltage Storm" is on the field. If you do, you can select up to 2 cards you opponent controls. Send the selected cards to the Graveyard. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Savage Bird" per turn.(hehe...yea a Voltage version of Celestia LS angel ^^) "Voltage Fiendish Beast"WIND/Lv7/ATK2100/DEF 2600/Thunder/EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 3 face-up "Voltage" monsters you control to the Graveyard. If you do this card gains ATK equal to the combined levels of the monsters sent to the Graveyard by this Effect x100. If "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can pay half of your Life points to Special Summon up to 2 "Voltage" monsters from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. The effects of those cards are negated until the End Phase of this turn(this effect can only activated once during the current duel).You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Fiendish Beast" per turn. [spoiler=[size=medium]Synchro Monsters:[/size]] "Voltage Dragoon" WIND/Lv8/ATK 2900/DEF 1900/Thunder/Synchro/Effect.1 "Voltage" Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monster(s).Once per turn if "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can apply and activate one of the following effects:1:Select 1 "Voltage" card from your Graveyard and return it to the Deck, then draw 1 card.2:Remove from play 1 "Voltage" card from your Graveyard to select a card on the field. Send the selected card to the Graveyard. You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Dragoon" per turn. Yea, with the theme of the lv 8 synchro Dragon monsters, I came with this, I suppose this is the triumph monster for the archtype... "Voltage Battle Tiger "WIND/Lv5/ATK 2100/DEF 1600/Thunder/Synchro/Effect.1 "Voltage" Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monster(s).This card gains 200 ATK for each of your removed from play "Voltage" cards. If "Voltage Storm" is on the field this card gains the following effects:In Battle between a "Voltage" monster you control and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card´s ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card destroys an Attack Position monster and sends it to the Graveyard inflict Damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster´s ATK.You can only summon 1 "Voltage Battle Tiger" per turn. "Voltage Twin-headed Pegasus"WIND/Lv7/ATK/2600 /DEF 2300/Thunder/Synchro/Effect.1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Voltage" monster(s).If "Voltage Storm" is on the field when this face-up card is sent to the graveyard, draw 2 cards. If a "Voltage" monster was added to your hand by this effect, you can remove from play this card from your Graveyard to Skip your opponent next Battle Phase.You can only Summon 1 "Voltage Twin-headed Pegasus" per turn. [spoiler=[size=medium]Spells:[/size]]"Voltage´s Lightning Rod" Normal Spell Card.Select 1 "Voltage" card from yourd Graveyard and add it to your hand. you cannot activate or Summon the selected card during the turn this card is activated. you can activate this card during your opponent´s turn if "Voltage Storm" is on the field You can only activate 1 "Voltage Lightning Rod" per turn. "Voltage Protection Unit" Countinuos Spell CardFace-up "Voltage" monsters you control are unaffected by effects that destroys a monster(s) as long this card is face-up on the field. If "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to negate the activation and effect of a Spell or Trap card on the field and send that card to the graveyard. After this effect is resolved your opponent gains 2000 Life Points. You can only activate 1 "Voltage Protection Unit" per turn. "Voltage Deity´s Avarice" Normal Spell CardYou can only activate this card if "Voltage Storm" is on the field. Special Summon 1 "Voltage Token" (Thunder-Type/WIND/Level 5/ATK 1700/DEF 1700) to your opponents side of the field. After this effect is resolved , draw 2 cards. The "Voltage Token" cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. The "Voltage Token" cannot be destroyed by battle by a Thunder-Type monster(Battle Damage is applyed normally). You can only activate 1 "Voltage deity´s Avarice" per turn. "Voltage Tornado" Normal Spell Card.Activate only if "Voltage Storm" is on the field.Remove from play 1 "Voltage" tuner monster from your hand or Graveyard to send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard. After the effect of this card is resolved, draw 1 card. You can only Activate 1 "Voltage Tornado" per turn. [spoiler=[size=medium]Traps:[/size]]"Voltage Divine Gate" Counter TrapActivate only if "Voltage Storm" is on the field when the effect that targets a Card(s) in the Graveyard is activated. Negate the effect and Special Summon a "Voltage" monster from your Graveyard. The monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack this turn. Well I don´t know much about ruling, but the main idea of this card is negate the effects of your Own Voltage Cards to special summon what you require from there..."Voltage Overboost" Normal Trap CardActivate only if "Voltage Storm" is on the Field. Select one face-up "Voltage" monter. Double its ATK until the End Phase of this turn. Then at the next Standby Phase halve the selected monster's ATK until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn. All Battle Damage involving a monster Selected with this effect Until the End Phase of your opponent´s next turn becomes 0. You can only activate 1 "Voltage Overboost" per turn. "Electric Fence" Normal Trap CardActivate only when you control a face-up "Voltage" monster when your opponent declares an Attack. Remove from play 1 "Voltage" card on your Graveyard to send to the all face-up monsters your opponent controls to the Graveyard. After the effect is resolved, if "Voltage Storm" is on the field you can place this card in the bottom of your Deck . You can only activate 1 "Electric Fence" per turn. Mm, I think thats all for now , if you give me ideas i can create more cards for this archetype. Archetype characteristics:-Field spell presence to activate secondary efects.-Targeting card in the Graveyard.-Field Swarm by special summoning.-Sending cards to the Graveyard instead of destroying them.-"1 per turn" activation or summon restriction.
