This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This monster can only be Special Summoned be removing 2 WATER, LIGHT or Aqua-Type monsters on the field from play. This card can be treated as a Field Spell Card when it is in Defense Position. As long as this card is treated as such, your opponent cannot change the battle positions of their monsters, declare an attack, Tribute Summon monsters or activate Trap cards. For each turn that this card remains in defense mode, discard 1 card from your hand.

Effect is OP, may want to lose the no attack part.

OCG looks fine now. Change Aqua-type to Aqua-Type, but that's just capitalization

 

though the last effect is still somewhat on the OPed end, maybe give it a slight cost to keep it on the field

I've made the corrections and added another card. Maiden of the Icy forest is defensive (somewhat) and Phantom of the Hidden Forest is more offensive.
