Decrease the ATK of this card by 200 x each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 2 Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to destroy all monsters on the field (except this card). During either player's Battle Phase, you can discard 2 Dragon-Type monsters from your hand to reduce the Battle Damage of a battle involving this card to 0. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 face-up "Link" card to the graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned to the field, flip all monsters on your opponents side of the field face-up (Flip Effects are not activated). Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to remove 1 card on your opponents side of the field from play. You can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck or Graveyard whose level is equal to the number of Spell Counters removed.
