Here is my first set of cards. There might be some spelling errors. Hope you like.

[spoiler=Night-Mare Dragon]

485626l.jpg

Discard 1 card from your Hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the Field. Pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon a monster from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard, or your opponent's Graveyard in face-up Attack position. The monster can Attack your opponent directly. Destroy the monster summoned by this effect during your opponent's next End Phase.

[spoiler=Quake Dragon]

485626.jpg

When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. You can tribute this face-up card to inflict 3000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. If this effect is used, remove this card from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

[spoiler=Deep Sea Dragon]

485626v.jpg

When this card Attacks with an ATK higher than the DEF of a Defense position monster, inflict the difference to your opponent as Battle Damage.

[spoiler=Lunar Dragon]

485626.jpg

Pay Life Points in multiples of 100 (max 500) to increase the ATK of this card by 200 points for every 100 paid. This card can Attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

[spoiler=Sonic Dragon]

485626x.jpg

Increase the Life Points of this card's controller by 500 each time a Spell card is Activated. Discard 1 card from your Hand to increase the ATK of this card by 500 until the End Phase.

[spoiler=Shining Paladin Dragon]

485626.jpg

Once per turn, your opponent randomly selects 1 card in your Hand. If it is a Monster, Special Summon it. If it is a Spell or Trap card, Set it. If the selected card cannot be Special Summoned or Set, send it to the Graveyard instead.

[spoiler=Tempest Dragon]

485626.jpg

When this card is Flip-Summoned, destroy all Spell and Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. Tribute this face-up card and 1 other Level 7 or higher Dragon-type monster to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the Field.

[spoiler=Underworld Dragon]

485626a.jpg

You can Normal Summon this card without any Tributes. If you do, this card looses 1000 ATK and DEF. When this card Attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Boulder]

485626q.jpg

You can Tribute Summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Discard 1 card from your Hand to destroy 1 Attack position monster on the field.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Gust]

485626t.jpg

You can Tribute Summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Discard 1 card from your Hand to destroy 1 Defense position monster on the field.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Inferno]

485626p.jpg

You can Tribute Summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Discard 1 card from your Hand to return 1 Spell card from your Graveyard to your Hand.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Tsunami]

485626.jpg

You can Tribute summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Discard 1 card from your Hand to return 1 Trap card from your Graveyard to your Hand.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Glare]

485626k.jpg

You can Tribute summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Tribute 1 monster on the field to Special Summon 1 Monster who's Level is equal to or less than the number of Spell and Trap cards on the field.

[spoiler=Gridlock Dragon - Shade]

485626q.jpg

You can Tribute summon this card with 1 Tribute. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK. Tribute 1 monster on the field to Special Summon 1 Monster who's ATK is equal to or less than the number of cards in both player's Graveyard x100.

almost ALL the card pics are overused, but since you're new that can be overlooked

first one is OPed as hell, there's virtually no drawbacks, and it's only lv3. At least make it lv5 or something

Deep-Sea Dragon needs more than just piercing damage effects

for Sonic Dragon, the LP gain effect should more limited so you don't go crazy with it

Shining Paladin Dragon needs specific summoning requirements, plus 1 effect for it seems a bit too few

Tempest Dragon's last effect for nuking your opponent's field needs to have a drawback, or it's OPed

Underworld Dragon also needs another effect than just the piercing damage (though at least it has the balance for the atk drain of normal summoned)

7/10
