This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing "Sorcerer Of Dark Magic" and removing from play 2 Dark Magicians from your Graveyard. While this card is on the field you can Special Summon one "Sorcerer of Dark Magic", it's ATK and DEF are recuced to 2000 and it can attack directly. If you attacked directly with "Sorcerer Of Dark Magic" it is removed from play after Damage Calculation.

Um.. i do not know how to say this besides i'd change it all.... I'd just say you can remove 2 level 6 or higher monsters from your Graveyard instead of 2 dark mage. and the effect pic and name dont fit sorry to say but this is definatly creative. 7/10

Its balanced you know, Tributing Sorcerer of DM is hard to summon. Removing 2 Dark Magician make this card horribly hard too Summon. So just 2 Spellcasters are enough

I'm sorry, but if you think you need to summon Sorcerer of Dark Magic to go for this you're bad at the game. Oh YCM, never finding out the most obvious combos. Hilarious.

Well, even though the Magicians are DARK and are therefore extremely easy to mill in the current metagame, and PoC is pretty searchable with its low stats, it's still got acceptable summoning conditions.

 

What I don't get that its effect is pretty damn terrible. 4000 ATK is pretty much "Hi there! Kill me!" these days, unless you're playing the game wrong. The bolded part's applied for much of YCM's community, which is the obvious problem here, but anyways. 2000 damage is pretty damn nothing these days, with broken spam combos rolling all around there, too. Also, why remove it? I don't see a real reason, given 2000 ATK is also easily trampled over.

 

...That's, assuming you SS Sorcerer from the Graveyard, not anywhere.

 

I'd fix it to:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Tributing "Sorcerer of Dark Magic" and removing from play 2 "Dark Magician"s from your Graveyard. Card effects cannot be activated in responce to this card's Special Summon, or the activation of its effects. Once per turn, you can Special Summon one "Sorcerer of Dark Magic" from your Graveyard. Its ATK and DEF are recuced to 2000, and it can attack directly. This card cannot be removed from your Graveyard.

 

IDK about OCG crap.

 

Last part, because of aforementioned PoC. The anti-Warning/Bottomless part is because I would hate it if I played this, and it was killed before it even was there. No-RFPing is because that's just plain stupid.

 

Also, you need a way better name and pic. How about "Sorcerer of the Obsidian Arts" or something?

 

And finally, if you wanna, take a look at the new OCG that writes removing from play as Banishing.
