A lot of the people on this Forum can speak more than one language, I'm impressed =D

Probably because most of you are American, English people are so ignorant to other cultures, most the time you'll hear "why doesn't everyone just learn English!!!???"

J'aime le francais.

I think it's le' date=' might be la, wtf is up with gender words for 'the'.

le car, la car, l'car... oh well.

Most words which don't end in "e" are masculine, thus being "le." Some break the rules. But if it does break the rules, it's la. But whatever.

On Topic: I know English and I'm being taught French through school. I am teaching myself Japanese. I know French at about a kindergarten level. I only know a few words in Japanese (mountain, fire, water, sun, moon, Japan) and the first 10 letters of their "alphabet" (Hiragana).

In French, possibly the most complex sentence I know is "I don't like to wear pink clothes." (Je n'aime pas porter les vetements roses.)

I know how to say car in French, I just said it in english to save confusion.

But I prefer German waaaaaaaaay more to french.

French sounds like mumbling and they mis-pronounce word endings... (nous sommes alles = noo som allay/ francais = fransay)...

Yeah, but in German, they pronounce things much better =D

la voiture (la voyturrr) . Der autobahn (der autoban). You see?
