Time to Give This Set A Tune-Up

[align=center]Mehhhh.... I suck at Synchros but I made my first Tuner and Synchro of my current set-in-progress.

Teh Lorez-

1 Tuner + 1 or more non Tuner-Type monsters

Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, if you have placed half a Counter or your opponent has removed half a Counter from a monster on your side of the field, this card gains 600 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. If your opponent attacks a monster on your side of the field, you can send the attacking card to the Graveyard and Special Summon it during your opponent's next Main Phase 1 and negate this card's effect for 2 turns.

Teh Lorez-

If this card is used to Synchro Summon "Shaadraz the Ethereal Corruptor", Draw 1 card and send 1 monster card from your Graveyard to your Deck, then shuffle your Deck.

Also, I personally don't think Shaadraz is OP because effect can only be activated every 2 turns AND it's a Synchro...[/align]

Well, half-counters are basically what you think they are, half of a Counter...

 

They add up like 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3- etc..

Instead of half counter, just double the max amount and add 1?

 

So instead of adding 1/2, and when you get 1 full one do something, why not just do, put 1 counter on it then when you get 2 do something.

 

I think you're just desperate for an original idea =/

Meh, I am not desperate for ideas, idrc about originality...

 

Just toying with the idea of making a Spell that is needed to have a Deck with these type of cards in them- and the Spell can halve a Counter on the field, so it might turn out good.

Liam: Half counter can be good because It could exist in one of the newer shows. Also, ragnarock was a good rater, as of what I thought. I learned my critiquing by him critiquing my cards.

Wrath: Can't believe you are arguing over counter, don't worry, I've done it before with mine. lol. But I like your idea because others already decide to take action and make cards called half synchro, so its all good.

excellent, more half counter cards from you

 

memory fader's effect is just fine for the tuner. As for the synchro, the only error I see is maybe the last sentence needs to be broken up into 2 sentences, but that's about it.

 

I'll give this 9.3/10
