Effect: Relinquishing effect by the base. However, its still blance enough to not be Overpowered.

 

Image and Name: The image is quite good and so does the name. Controller charmer, who knew?

Will fix it now. I thought of the name. To me the pic looked like spellcaster who can posesses living things. And I think this was from Jazin Kay archive still not sure and I don't feel like checking.

for the most part it's mainly siphoned from Relinquished, not too original

 

but since it's still balanced, I'll give this 7.5/10

As a fan of the Relinquished card, I say good work, but the image suggests that the card should give "Relinquished" some support, not copying its effect.

I don't see much creativity though. It is pretty much a Relinquished copy, just easier to summon. Good for stopping threats like Goyo, Brionac and such though :3
