Here i changed the ATK and the DEF to 5000

5000 is still too high. Change it to 3500 or 4000. OR, just lower the Level. ATK and DEF are easier to figure out what you want when they are Level 8 or Lower.

 

LOTS of OCG and spelling errors. I think they should be something like this:

 

The Sea King/WATER/10/Aqua/Ritual/Effect/4000/4000

-This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell card "The Sea". When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, draw 2 cards and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your hand.

 

The Sea/Ritual Spell

-This card is used to Ritual Summon "The Sea King". You must also offer monster(s) whos Level is equal to or greater than 10.

 

Correct me if I am wrong, but that is how they SHOULD look.

 

Also, I changed the Level, ATK, and DEF of The Sea King.
