Some capitalization required.

Spelling errors too.

Card name is a bit plain.

The image is a bit pixelated and 'real' (a photo).

Effect seems overpowered.

A bit simple and is just an upgrade of previous Field Spell Cards.

 

Let me fix the effect =D

 

While this card is on the field, FIRE monsters cannot be Summoned . All WATER monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF.

 

So no hard feelings, just these are what needs changing.

 

The good points are;

That you have an interest in an uncommon Attribute.

It's a Field Spell which an uncommon kindof Spell.

 

But overall, it's good, but needs work.
