Chimpete and Snakey, the Two Zabimaru: Hard to judge, considering my lack of knowledge about how you are going to make these "Bankai" cards. So far, the only "Bankai" card you made a Synchro Monster, which cannot be added to hand. So yes, until I see some cards which can be added to the hand, I cannot give a rating. I have to admit the idea is curious, though.

Renji Abarai: The effect is like a boosted version of Piercing Damage, as it gives that damage even if the opponent is in Attack Position. A question: What would happen if this monster destroys a monster by battle which is in Attack Position but its DEF is higher than 1700? Would the extra damage be just 0? Probably you want to word that effect that if the ATK of this monster is higher than the DEF of the opponent's monster. 7/10

Sode no Sayuki: A very simple effect. Also, considering the effect of normal Rukia, it can lead to rather high ATK ratings. 5/10

Yuki Nagato: I believe it would be deadly in a Gravity Bind / Level Limit - Area B deck. I mean, filling your Spell and Trap Card Zones (not including the Field Spell Card Zone) would already make her ATK 2400... I would consider adding "Halve the Battle Damage inflicted by this monster if this monster attacks directly." 6/10, 7/10 if corrected.

Light Yagami: The first effect is similar to the effect of "Chaos Necromancer", only that it applies to the Graveyard of your opponent too. Could be interesting against decks which like to fill their Graveyard (I'm looking at you, Lightsworns). The second effect confuses me. Do you mean that the Attribute of this monster cannot be changed? Well, at least I think that was your intention. Probably this card could be useful, but unless your opponent fills the Graveyard quickly, using "Chaos Necromancer" is simpler. 6.5/10

Misa Amane: Without the effects of "Death Note" and "Shinigami Woman - Rem", I cannot give a proper rating to this card. We will see how this card will turn out...

why "Light" Yagami ? People START taking the Characters ORIGINAL NAMES >.> . Its "Yagami Raito" >.> . If you really wanna make CHARACTER BASED cards please take his real name and not the Dub Name -.-

2. when Amane Misa is equipped you MUST Destroy 1 card ? WTF ? since there is no "you can destroy 1 card" ....

3. Its Sode no Shirayuki <---- SHIRAYUKI >.>

nP ;) . I have not the best cards too. I also make mistake and also I have OCG problems but I keep trying ;D .

2. Yeah just watch the eps of an anime and you have a picture of the char so you know how to make a good card out of him. For ex. take my Trunks card in the Sig. He sliced Mecha Frieza... and since Mecha Frieza is Machine I made his effect to destroy Machine-Type monster.

So for a good reason... Rukia has Ice/Frost so she could negate attacks (like the magic binding circle trap there) .... Kira is master genius and instantly kills people.... so after knowing him about a few eps he might be able to destroy 1 card each 3rd turn or something like this ^^

Dueling meets Pokemon Battles: Even with the "skip Battle Phase" penalty, the lack of Level restriction feels a bit abusable. Fetching monsters to the Graveyard is still easy, especially in some decks. Otherwise, an interesting idea. 5/10, 7.5/10 if balanced out.

Luffy: Generally I prefer more than just a beatstick for a high Level monster. Granted, as a beatstick, it does its job, but that's it. The Field Spell-based penalty doesn't help either. 6/10

Nami: Multi-Attribute monsters can be interesting if used with cards like Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan. The double attack is nifty too. I like it. 8.5/10

Sanji: Useful in a deck with lots of Spell Cards, uninteresting otherwise. 6.5/10

Konata Izumi: It can be Special Summoned with Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen. It can Special Summon another Fairy-Type monster from hand. Fairy swarm would like this card. I don't understand the Beast-Type related effect, though. Interesting. 7.5/10
