Before I entered the topic, I spotted 2 problems with this Deck.

Before I read the card names, I spotted another.

After I read them, I spotted a lot more.

 

In order:

WATER is too general of a theme, try something specific like Daedalus, Frogs or Ab-0.

Your Deck should stick to 40 cards, 42 should really be a max, but that's considered too much.

You have far too many cards which you use 1 of. Why run 1 copy of three cards when you can run 3 of the best one? You're running what is known as "highlander" format that should be avoided.

You have banned cards: Premature Burial, Pot of Greed, Monster Reborn and Tribe-Infecting Virus are all banned.

You're using bad equips, normal monsters and slow traps. Remove all of the Normals , Wok, Summoner's Art, Double Summon, Reload, Mage Power, Scrap-Iron, Defense Draw and Xing-Zhen Hu. There are better options.
