Shattered Sorrow - Resolution Demon

[spoiler=[color=#FF6347]Lore[/color]]This card cannot be Summoned in any way, except when 3 or more Spellcaster-Type Monsters are removed from play during your last turn. When this card is Successfully Summoned, destroy all cards on your side of the field except for "Shattered Sorrow - Resolution Demon". Special Summon 1 "Shattered Token" (Aqua-Type/DARK/Level 5/ATK 2300/DEF 2300) for every card destroyed in this way (Max. 4). Once per turn by discarding 1 card, you may tribute up to 2 "Shattered Tokens" to increase this cards ATK and DEF by the ATK and DEF of the tributed cards until the End-Phase of the turn, inflict damage to your Life Points equal to the DEF of the tributed cards. When there are no Face-Up "Shattered Tokens" on your side of the field, Increase this cards ATK and DEF by 2300. When this card is sent to the Graveyard inflict 2300 Damage to your opponent.

shame the first one only works against Machine decks, will be needing DNA surgery for this

 

on the other hand, the 2nd card is much better balanced, though both card's OCG looks fine and I'll rate them 9.2/10

Even with Machine and Thunder, it's only effective against those 2 decks, so DNA surgery would still be needed anyway
