Blackavar
Hi all. This is my first user-created set, so I hope you enjoy. As the title suggests, inspiration has been drawn from Alice in Wonderland. More specifically, the 1951 Disney film, as shown by the card artwork. I've tried to work in a hand disruption strategy, tying in the the general insanity of the characters and places. Many cards have effects that cause opponents to discard cards, and there is a focus on returning cards to the player's Deck from the Graveyard or hand and activating various effects due to this. There are also a few cards to increase draw power so that the player doesn't end up with no cards in their hand. So, without further ado, check out the cards below, please read, enjoy and comment if you wish, and I hope to post some more of my insane lil' creations again :)
Normal Monsters] Bill the Lizard/EARTH/REPTILE/3-STAR/800:1300 A resident of Wonderland. Path-Removing Creature/EARTH/BEAST/EFFECT/2-STAR/200:300 When this card is successfully Summoned (including Flip Summon and Special Summoned), select 1 monster on the field and return it to the bottom of the original card owner's Deck. Queen of Hearts/EARTH/WARRIOR/EFFECT/7-STAR/2500:2100 Each time a card is returned to your Deck from your hand or Graveyard, your opponent selects one of the following effects and applies it to themselves:● Take 500 damage.● Discard a card from the hand to the Graveyard. Storyteller Brothers/EARTH/SPELLCASTER/EFFECT/1600:1200 Discard one card from your hand. This monster can attack twice in the same Battle Phase. The Walrus & the Carpenter/WATER/BEAST-WARRIOR/EFFECT/4-STAR/1400:1400 During your Main Phase, you may Tribute this face-up Attack Position card to discard one random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard OR Tribute this face-up Defense Position monster to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. When this card is Flip Summoned, your opponent discards one random card from their hand. This card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. White Rabbit/WIND/BEAST/EFFECT/3-STAR/1400:800 If this face-up card on your side of the field would be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by battle, you may pay 500 Life Points to return it to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.
Normal Spells] Your opponent must discard as many cards as possible from their hand up to to the amount of face-down Spell or Trap cards they have on their side of the field. Roll 1 die. If the result is 1-3, your opponent must return their hand to their Deck and shuffle it, and gain 500 Life Points for each card returned. If the result is 4-6, you must return your hand to your Deck and receive 500 damage for each card returned. Your opponent can discard 1 Monster Card from their hand to negate the effect of this card. If your opponent does not, select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and destroy it. Select 1 monster on both your own and your opponent's side of the field and change their current Battle Positions. The selected monsters must battle, if able, during the Battle Phase of the turn this card was activated. All monsters on the field with 2500 or more ATK are returned to the respective card owner's Deck. Both players then shuffle their Decks. Pay 1000 Life Points. Return up to 3 monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled. Other card effects under your control that activate in response to this card's activation are negated. During the turn this card is activated, both players take double damage from card effects.
Equip Spells] Select 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your Deck. Special Summon it to the field in face-up Attack Position, and equip it with this card. If this card is destroyed, the equipped monster is removed from play for the remainder of the current Duel. The monster equipped with this card loses 300 ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed, it is returned to the bottom of the original card owner's Deck instead of going to the Graveyard.
Continuous Spells] Draw until you have five cards in your hand. During the End Phase of the 2nd turn after this card was activated, destroy this card and remove from play cards from your Graveyard equal to the amount drawn with this card's effect. Each time a card is returned to your Deck from your hand or Graveyard by a card effect, inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. If there are no monsters on your side of the field, this card is destroyed. Monsters on your side of the field with a DEF of 1000 or less cannot be designated as an attack target. While this card is face up, negate all card effects that increase or decrease a player's hand size, except this card. While this card is active, both player's hand size is reduced to 4. Each time your opponent discards a card from their hand or Deck due to a card effect that you control, draw 1 card.
Quick-Play Spells] Return this card to the bottom of your Deck following activation instead of sending it to the Graveyard. Return 1 monster destroyed by battle this turn to your hand. You can activate this card when your opponent summons a monster (including Flip Summon and Special Summon) with 1500 or less ATK. Your opponent returns the card to their Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. You can activate this card when your opponent destroys a monster on your side of the field in battle. Reduce any Battle Damage to 0 and draw 1 card.
Field Spells] While this card is active, all monsters lose 500 ATK when battling. If your opponent attacks your Life Points directly, flip a coin and call it. If you call it correctly, return the monster to the top of the opponent's Deck. You can Special Summon 1 "Alice" from your hand or Deck when you activate this card. While this card is on the field, any card sent to the Graveyard is placed at the bottom of the respective player's Deck instead.
Normal Traps] You can activate this card when your opponent designates 1 Level 3 or lower monster on your side of the field as a target of a Spell, Trap, or battle attack. Return the Spell, Trap or monster targeting the Level 3 or lower monster to the opponent's Deck. Your opponent then shuffles their Deck. Flip all face-up Monster Cards on the field into face-down Defense Position. If it is not possible for a monster to be flipped, the monster is removed from play. After activation, this card is treated as an Equip Card. Equip a face-down Defense Position monster on your side of the field with this card. If the equipped monster would be destroyed as a result of battle with an opponent's monster, you can destroy this card instead. This card is not affected by effects that destroy Trap Cards. Negate the activation and effect of an opponent's Effect Monster and destroy the monster. Then draw 1 card. Both players roll 1 die each, and add the scores together. If the number is even, both players discard all cards from their hand to the Graveyard and gain 500 Life Points for each card discarded with this effect. If the number is odd, both players draw cards until each player has 6 cards in their hand, then take 500 damage for each card drawn with this effect. Remove one monster on the field from play until the End Phase of the card controller's next turn. The card's controller draws 1 card. You can only activate this card during your End Phase. Select one Phase of your opponent's next turn (except End Phase). Your opponent skips the selected Phase on their next turn.
Continuous Traps] While this card is face-up on your side of the field, you can return 1 card from your Graveyard to your Deck instead of conducting your normal Draw Phase. If you activate this effect, shuffle your Deck at the end of your Draw Phase. After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as a Effect Monster Card (FAIRY-Type/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 1000/DEF 2000). This card cannot be used for as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select one Spell Card from your Deck and add it to your hand. (This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.) Pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 monster that was returned to your Deck by a card effect this turn in face-up Attack Position.
Counter Traps] In order to activate this card's effect, you must first select one appropriate Effect Monster, Spell or Trap card in your Graveyard. Tribute 1 card on your side of the field that is the same card type (Effect Monster, Spell or Trap card) as the selected card. This card's effect becomes the same as the selected card until the End Phase of the turn this card was activated. You can only activate this card when your opponent uses an effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster to destroy Spell or Trap Card(s) on your side of the field. Destroy this card as a substitute of those Spell or Trap Card(s) and the other Spell or Trap Card(s) are not destroyed. Activate only when your opponent declares an attack on a Level 4 or lower monster. Increase the target monster's ATK or DEF by 500 more than the attacking monster's ATK. Now, I'm only a casual game player, so I can't guarantee they are all 100% TCG/OCG playable, but feel free to comment :D With this Deck, I felt you would be disrupting the opponent's hand by returning cards to the Deck and directly discarding with cards such as "Tiny Alice", "March Hare" and "Caterpillar's Temper", while simultaneously dealing alternative effects with cards such as "Chasing the White Rabbit" or "Unfair Match." "The Caucas-Race" also helps in this regard by limiting your opponent's hand size, causing them to discard more, and in turn receiving the effects of the above cards more often. While these cards are limiting your opponent's options, the player can focus on defending with various monsters, and waiting to Synchro Summon the more powerful cards or Tributing for the "Queen of Hearts." In order to achieve this quicker, cards such as "Mushroom Glade Caterpillar" and "Alice's Trial" increase the player's draw power and may come with effects that tie in with the combo cards of the Deck. Other cards have more specific effects to deal with certain threats, such as the Exiled Force-esque "The Walrus & the Carpenter," the Effect Monster-destroying "Crocodile Smile" or the heplful Field Card "Maze of Heart", which combos well with the main cards of the Deck strategy, and also prevents players relying on the Graveyard for easy summons. Well, now I've explained the method behind the madness, I will leave the floor open to you wonderful folks for your views. Thanks!
Aero~
They are really good, except to make a tuner with an effect, on the type, put the type, a spce, a slash, a space, then the word "effect".9.9/

To be honest, I checked my Junk Synchron, and that just had Tuner/Warrior, so I figured that was how to put it in. But I'll bear that in mind in future :D

Anyway, OCG needs a bit of work, but not bad.
