Fine, you want me to ACTUALLY rate your card(s)? I don't rate for a reason. But here you go.

 

First card is a BASIC run of the mill, Milling and Booster Card. And to add insult to injury, there's nothing special effects except that it stacks on more cards in the grave? Generic, and the effects themselves are nothing special. 1/10

 

Second Card is the exact same as the first, with more protection and instead it counts monsters on the field. Most of the effects if at all will not go off, except in Raviel/Fiend Turbo. Its an alright effort, but as the first card it's just a monster which has been overdone to high hell. 2/10. Nothing special to speak of.

THIS is a good rate. He pointed out everything that was wrong and implied that the CC needs to be more original. Follow Icy's example.

 

Now on to the card.

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 "Cyber Falcon" you control from play. This card gains 600 ATK for each "Cyber Falcon" that is removed from play. During your Main Phase, if this is the only card you control and your Life Points are 3000 or less than your opponents, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 3 "Cyber Falcon" cards from your hand, Deck, Graveyard, or removed from play zone. Until the End Phase, each "Cyber Falcon" you control gains 1500 ATK and are unaffected by Card Effects.

Whenever I read the effect I always seem to emphasize this effect's last sentence. It just seems a tad too much. It seems that if you can SS the 3 Cyber Falcons, then you can OTK easily (2900x3=8700) because the 3 Cyber Falcons can't be affected by any Card Effects.

 

I think of Gift Card increasing your opponent's LP by 3k, Normal Summon a Cyber Falcon, SS a Cyber Eagle. Get 2 Cyber Falcons RFG and then bring them back with Eagle

 

I like the card. Was it intended for OTK/FTK?

Maybe if it gains 1000 ATK for every removed from play cyber falcon and instead of a req, have a cost other then tributing to special summon the falcons like... Pay 1000 LP or something

The only reason I believe it is UPed is because of the "During your Main Phase, if this is the only card you control and your Life Points are 3000 less than your opponents" part. The fact that you have to have exactly 3000 less makes the card slightly less useful. If it said "3000 or less" than it would be much better, and I would raise my rating to 10/10.

it's a nice card, but it only work with cyber falcons, but if you could just have one of those, is pretty usefull. but he's stats are too low, try uping the stats

Awesome job brining Cyber Eagle back ^^ I always love good RL Normal Monster supports. Seeing as how high the cost must be to activate it's last effect I find it quite balanced. Good pic too ;3

 

The only issue that I have is that this might lead to an easy OTK.....Not sure though.

 

Anyways I like it.

Low stats doesnt matter here as it's intent is clear. It isn't ment to be used longer than 2 to 4 turns if not immediatly. Therefore low stats are fine.

You're right...kinda. I didn't make it to OTK but when Monkey pointed it out...yeah. I loved it even more. This + 3 Cyber Falcons + Limiter Removal = GG.
