When a "Nyoka" monster is Summoned, it is flipped face-down in whatever position it was Summoned in. If this card is flipped face-down by the effect of a "Nyoka" monster, you can flip this card face-up and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or below "Nyoka" monster from your Deck.

 

Nyoka Ray -WATER-

1600 ATK / 1400 DEF

When a "Nyoka" monster is Summoned, it is flipped face-down in whatever position it was Summoned in. If this card is flipped face-down by the effect of a "Nyoka" monster, destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

When a "Nyoka" monster is Summoned, it is flipped face-down in whatever position it was Summoned in. If this card is flipped face-down by the effect of a "Nyoka" monster, Special Summon 1 Level 2 or below "Nyoka" monster.

"Nyoka Fish" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card inflicts piercing damage. When a "Nyoka" monster is Summoned, it is flipped face-down in whatever position it was Summoned in. If this card is flipped face-down by the effect of a "Nyoka" monster, destroy 2 cards your opponent controls.

 

Nyoka Barracuda -WATER-

[Monster/Effect] Level 7 |Sea Serpent|

2600 ATK / 2200 DEF

If you control 2 "Nyoka" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When the effect of a "Nyoka" monster activates, your opponent must discard 1 card.

 

Nyoka Clam -WATER-

[Monster/Tuner] Level 2 |Sea Serpent|

0 ATK / 1600 DEF

When a "Nyoka" monster is Summoned, it is flipped face-down in whatever position it was Summoned in. If this card is flipped face-down by the effect of a "Nyoka" monster, you can Tribute this card and discard 1 card to Synchro Summon 1 "Nyoka" monster. The same requirements must be met.

 

Nyoka Hydra -WATER-

[Monster/Synchro/Effect] Level 10 |Sea Serpent|

3400 ATK / 2300 DEF

1 "Nyoka Tuner" + 2 or more non-Tuner "Nyoka" monsters

This card can only be Summoned by Synchro Summon. When the effect of a "Nyoka" monster activates, destroy 1 card on the field. Activate the following effect for the type of card destroyed.

*Monster: Decrease this card's ATK by 600 and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or below "Nyoka" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

*Spell: Gain 400 Life Points for each card you control.

*Trap: Yell "it's a trap!" and Inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card they control.

For the shark, its not called piercing damage, use the below:

 

"During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent."

 

And I'm not so sure about the face-down thing, it might not be possible to put a card in face-down Attack position, but then again there is a card card darkness approaches that has that kind of effect. Kind of wierd though, how does that even work?
